From 1st to 19th August each year Montefalco is transformed into an open-air stage set in the Renaissance atmosphere. An intense month with a program full of cultural, musical and artistic events. The streets and squares of the village are divided into four neighbourhoods, happy to welcome you in the taverns of: Sant’Agostino, San Bartolomeo, San Fortunato and San Francesco. The highlights of the re-enactment are the Renaissance banquet, the historical procession, the flag-waving competition, the Drummer Competition, the Neighborhood Shows, the Relay, the Crossbow Shooting, the Race of the Bovi.
