On the second weekend of November, the arrival of the new olive oil is celebrated in Colle de Marchese, a charming village nestled among the hills of the Municipality of Castel Ritaldi.

With its intense aroma and distinctive color, the “green gold” will take center stage in a variety of activities: experiential workshops for children and adults, tastings, walks among the olive trees, visits to the mills, musical performances, and olive harvesting. This picturesque setting, adorned with centuries-old trees and breathtaking views, will welcome participants with a burst of color, music, and the flavors of tradition—a unique opportunity for celebration and conviviality. All activities are free.
