In the splendid village of Viepri, in Massa Martana, the Polenta Festival took place between March and April, a traditional poor dish, enriched with special and tasty variations: lamb coratella, white and red Polente, with truffles, mushrooms, four cheeses, pork and Viepratta. Food stands, musical and dancing events, to combine good food with fun.
