Trevi and EVO oil
Everything in Trevi revolves around the cultivation of the olive, the Moraiolo cultivar, and the production of one of the best oils in the country. The itinerary starts at the Oil Museum, where visitors can learn about all the stages of olive cultivation and oil production according to traditional methods, in close connection with popular and artistic traditions. From the terraces of Villa Fabri, visitors can admire the reality of our olive-growing landscape and then enter it by following the itinerary our women and men took to pick olives from the church of Santa Caterina, with its admirable 14th-century fresco of the Crucifixion. A slow route through the twisted olive trees along what was the medieval Trevi aqueduct that brought water from the Falcione spring to Trevi. Four kilometres of easy walking in the olive grove landscape.
