Culinary event dedicated to traditional and tasty cuisine based on snails. The festival was born from the ancient popular tradition which saw farmers collect snails and cook them on hot coals on the occasion of pruning. Since 1978 the festival has proposed one of the tastiest dishes in the area with the same simplicity and the same cooking method.
